There will be five workshops and talks throughout the day, which will support you to discover the essentials of research within paediatrics. There will also be an opportunity to network with colleagues.

We will explore these topics:

  • Quality Improvement – what does this look like for trainees?
  • Systematic Reviews – how to find evidence, how to write questions and guidelines?
  • Associate Principal Investigator (PI) Scheme – working with clinical research networks and research nurses
  • Patient Public Involvement (PPI) – talking with families about evidence and joint decision-making within care
  • Research Priorities - what are the research priorities for the next five years?
