In March 2022 we responded to the Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) Mental Health Workforce Plan for Health and Social Care consultation. This page has a summary, with our full response in the Downloads box.

In February 2022 we responded to the Health & Social Care Committee’s consultation on mental health inequalities. We welcomed this inquiry as this will ensure that action will be taken to address the people and communities affected by these issues and reduce mental health inequalities in Wales.

In September 2021, we responded to this consultation to provide our views on the main priorities and issues that the Health and Social Care Committee identified for consideration during the Sixth Senedd (2021-2026).

In 2018 the College replied to calls for evidence on this APPG. We welcome the inquiry into the implementation of the plan. Promoting child and young people’s mental health remains a top priority for the college, as laid out in our State of Child health report.
