This policy establishes the College’s commitment to adhering to UK Data Protection legislation, which is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in conjunction with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 as of 25 May 2018.
The College therefore follows procedures that aim to ensure that all employees, workplace volunteers, elected members or Officers, contractors, agents, consultants, partners or other servants of the College who have access to any personal data held by or on behalf of the College, are fully aware of and abide by their duties and responsibilities under the Regulation.
